Own Chaotic Thoughts

Dear Aarush and Aayra,

One of the most powerful thing in this universe is our thoughts. In that too our own thoughts make us who we are. I am not talking about idealism or realism here. I am talking in general about r thoughts influence everything around us. Caught up in our chaotic thoughts which can be influenced by the amount of work we do or kind of experiences we have in our daily life, we bark orders around, Forgetting to make others feel important cogs in the machine as well. No matter how caught up and busy you are you need to sort your thoughts. It is important to pause and work on healthy and appreciative connections with those around you. As we can see in this present scenario everyone is stressed. Not only COVID 19 is the danger here but the stress associated with it too. At this point of time, our thoughts multiply these threats even more. A chaotic mind in very simple words can be understood as a stressed mind. when one has a lot to do and cannot prioritize the work needs to be done. the mind is not able to focus on things and prepares its own thoughts. Sometimes taking a negative trail of thoughts where only darkness could be seen. This needs to be sorted. For one to get rid of these chaotic thoughts one must:

  • Give pause
  • Try to write down what needs to be done
  • A journal could be your best friend here
  • Self-care is important
  • Distract yourself
  • Try meditation
  • Understand your triggers
  • Question your thoughts
  • Talk to someone
These can help you to be free from these chaotic thoughts and help you to bee more sorted with them. This will naturally lead you towards happiness and stress-free life.
